A: You will receive your painting within 30 days (not applicable to wholesaling customers). If you need a quick delivery, please email us to state clearly the deadlines.

A: Shipping is based on the size and destination. We will quote you exact shipping rates before you order.

A: For regular oil paintings, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the painting’s full price. The customer is responsible for the return shipment.

A: Our art reproduction process is very much like traditional oil on canvas painting. Our artists start with a blank canvas. Each painting is carefully reproduced "in the style" of the original artist for the closest possible match to the original. All of our artists are professionally trained and highly skilled in the art of reproductions.
Q: What materials do you use for the reproduction process?
A: Each painting is created on artist canvas with professional quality oils. We also provide enough extra white canvas around the actual image suitable for stretching and framing.
Q: Can I see and feel the brushstrokes?
A: Yes, of course. All of our paintings are real 100% hand-painted oil on canvas. You can feel, touch and smell the actual oil of the painting when it arrives.
Q: Is the painting a canvas transfer or a giclee?
A: No, our paintings are actual oil handpainted on canvas. No shortcuts are used.
Q: How long does it takes to reproduce my painting?
A: Your painting will be processed immediately after you place an order. It normally takes 4-6 weeks to complete the painting. This includes the drying time of the oil.
Q: Can I order in a specific size?
A: Yes, we can reproduce the painting to any specific size. Please send us an email with the painting and the desired size and we will provide an accurate quote before you place an order.
Q: Do you paint custom portraits or works from photos?
A: Yes, we do. Our artist can re-create and reproduce any painting of your choice. The prices for custom reproduction will be priced and quoted according to size and complexity of the subject.
